How to Make a Valentines Day Charcuterie Board for Two
To start, prep your ingredients. This looks like washing and drying the fruit, slicing or cubing the cheese, and rolling the meat.

Now let’s assemble the board! First, lay down the cheese on the board. Arrange it here and there in the corners and middle of the board.

Second, add on the meat to the board. I like to place the meat next to the cheese to bring out the colors.

Thirdly, I added in the crackers onto the board. I like to arrange them in lines and piles. There is no right and wrong when it comes to assembling the charcuterie board!

One of the best parts is adding in the fruit! This really helps the board pop and can give it a valentines feel depending on what kind of fruit you pick.

Now, add in any sweets you may be using. We used chocolate, as it is Valentines Day and that adds a romantic feel. We also did chocolate covered pretzels.

Lastly, it is time for finishing touches! Add in any flowers or herbs in empty spaces and peaking around the board.
Your beautiful Valentine’s Day Charcuterie Board is all done and ready to be enjoyed!
