Tools You May Need to Make an Easter Brunch Board
Cutting Board/Display Board – If you are doing a huge spread, you can also lay down butcher paper on a table and have that act as your board!
Easter Dishes – To make it festive, try adding Easter themed dishes into the board. This could be a bunny shaped bowl (there are super cute ones on Amazon) or a carrot shaped plate. There are so many fun dishes out there to make it themed to Easter!
Easter Treats – Having Easter treats mixed into the board like Cadbury eggs, chocolate eggs, peeps, chocolate bunnies and more will make it extra themed!
Cookie Cutters – Using a bunny shaped cookie cutter, a cross cookie cutter, a carrot, or even a chick to cut our pancakes or cheese into a fun shape would make it seem Easter-y!
Charcuterie Board Utensils – If you are having any dips or spreads on the board, you will need some utensils. I like ones specifically for a charcuterie board because they are mini.

How to Make an Easter Brunch Board Step-by-Step
To start on the board, lay down what you want to be the “centerpiece” of the board. I like starting here because it seems it makes placing the other things a little bit easier.

The center piece of our Easter brunch was pancake shaped pancakes. I made these by starting out making regular pancakes. I loved this recipe by Laura Fuentas. The pancakes came out so fluffy. After all the pancakes were made, I used a bunny shaped cookie cutter. Then, I lined the bunnies going through the board like they were hopping along.

From there, I added little terracotta pots to the corners of the board. One I added some Cadbury eggs and in the other I added chocolate chips. I turned them on their side, so the sweets were spilling out of them onto the board.

After that, I added on some bacon and syrup from the pancakes.

Then, I added in some eggs on a little skillet, avocado and different fruits.
I continued to add little things here and there to fill in any gaps in the board that I didn’t want to be so big. I added in some everything bagel seasoning for the avocado, grapes and butter for the pancakes. The options are endless!

Once assembled, enjoy the board with the people you love most! Happy Easter!
