Breakfast is by far my favorite meal of the day. I keep it pretty simple, but it really is the perfect kickstart for my day! When my stomach is full from a yummy, nutritious breakfast I feel ready to tackle my homemaking.

Usually, my breakfast meal consists of scrambled eggs with fresh toasted sourdough bread smothered in avocado. Top it off with Everything Bagel Seasoning and a juicy sliced tomato! Mmm, it's delicious! Seriously, I could live off of eggs.

While I'll probably stick to my tried and true breakfast most of the time, occasionally it's fun to switch it up a bit. Making something special or different for my husband can be especially fun on Saturday's when we get to enjoy long mornings together.
