Peach season is one of the best fruit seasons out there. Well, that is, in my opinion. What is your favorite summer fruit?
There are so many wonderful things you can make with fresh peaches. That is one of the reasons I love this fruit. It is so versatile. Peaches are great in desserts, salads, on toast, and now, in salsa. They can be either sweet or savory. Although, I think my all-time favorite way to eat peaches is in peach crisp.
This peach salsa is the kind of recipe that you’ll try for fun once, but then you’ll just be craving more and won’t be able to stop thinking about it! So, if you make this, you might want to buy double of the ingredients.
If you have ever had mango salsa, this recipe is similar to that. The fresh peaches make this salsa juicy as well as giving it a bit of sweetness. Although, that is beautifully balanced out with a good kick from the jalapeno.

There are so many ways to enjoy this refreshing peach salsa! Here are just a few to give you some ideas. If you think of any ideas on how to eat peach salsa, let us know so we can try it out!
- Chips – of course, you enjoy salsa with tortilla chips. The saltiness of the chips just goes so great with the sweetness of the peaches. A yummy sweet and salty combo.
- Fish – this peach salsa also pairs nicely with fresh fish. It helps the fish taste even more light and refreshing than it already is.
- Chicken – along the same lines with the fish, adding this salsa onto chicken is so yummy!
- Rice – rice is a very versatile food that takes the flavor of really whatever you serve it with. Having the salsa topped on the rice so the rice can soak up the juices would be so good.

Just made this for dinner and served it with fish tacos. It was amazing. I swapped white onion for purple but it still tasted great. My husband is a big salsa lover so I will definitely be adding this to our meal rotation.
